Minutemen

Minutemen

O gün bugündür Watt’ın içinde bulunduğu her proje Boon’a ithaf edilmiştir.

Television

Television, formed in New York City in 1973, is an American rock music band. Although Television never had more than a cult audience in their American homeland, they achieved significant commercial success in Europe and today are widely regarded as one of the key founders of punk rock.

Television was a part of the early New York punk rock scene, contemporary with bands like the Patti Smith Group and the Ramones. In contrast to the Ramones' focus on rock'n'roll minimalism, Television's music was much more technically proficient, defined by the dueling guitars of Tom Verlaine and Richard Lloyd.

Fabulous Disaster

Fabulous Disaster was an all-girl punk band founded in 1998 out of San Francisco, California.
This calamity-loving all-girl quintet knocks over pop-laced punk tunes in the tradition of such premier Los Angeles acts such as X the Go-Go's and Social Distortion.
In the latter part of 2007, it was announced on their website that the band had decided to call it quits. Fat Mike from NOFX has called them the best female punk band of all time.

Spinerette

Spinnerette is the sound of a sweaty black leather glove holding a lollipop’s stick, shoving it into crushed glass before offering you the first lick. If that made any sense, it might be Spinnerette. There is sweetness and there is menace. You will have the desire in spite of the obvious danger. Have you been hurt before?

This is no awkward first fumble in the rumble seat: Spinnerette comes with experience. Brody Dalle has been places nice girls fear to tread without sacrificing virtue or integrity. Her last long-term relationship, The Distillers, ended messily, the way relationships tend to do. In the following months, there was a lot for one heart to bear: the pain of illness striking those near and dear contrasted with the joys of matrimony and motherhood. With such extremes of life pulling at her, it’s no great mystery that the resultant writing is possessed of equally dynamic range, with nothing left out. As Dalle describes it, “Spinnerette is what happens when I let the tap flow.”

Fleet Foxes

Fleet Foxes

Fleet Foxes is a five-piece Seattle based band signed to the labels Sub Pop and Bella Union.[1] The Fleet Foxes' first release was a self-titled EP in 2006. The band came to prominence in 2008 with the release of a second EP, Sun Giant, and their debut full length album Fleet Foxes. Both Sun Giant and their eponymous debut album received much critical praise and reviewers often noted their use of refined lyrics and vocal harmonies. The quintet describe their music as "baroque harmonic pop jams".[2]
